Mitsubishi Smart Multi Essentials

This two-day certification course introduces installers and service technicians to Mitsubishi’s Smart Multi system, which replaces the S-Series PUMY and MXZ multi-zone systems with branch boxes.

Participants will learn indoor and outdoor unit compatibility, the complete 6-step installation process, available control options, and in-depth troubleshooting. The installation process includes wiring, addressing, refrigerant piping, proper charging, and correct system startup. Training is designed to ensure technicians can confidently install, commission, and support this advanced commercial system.

This is a certification class that enables contractors to offer a 10-year commercial warranty through the Mitsubishi commissioning process, replacing the standard 1-year commercial warranty. Proper training is critical for successful installation and long-term performance.

Prerequisite Required

• Mitsubishi M- & P-Series Installation and Service Essentials must be completed prior to registration.
