Mitsubishi CITY MULTI Essentials

This three-day certification course provides in-depth training on the proper installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of Mitsubishi CITY MULTI commercial systems.

The course begins with a detailed review of installation best practices, system limitations, and manufacturer requirements, including wiring, addressing, refrigerant piping, and equipment installation.
On Day 2, participants gain hands-on experience designing systems using Diamond System Builder™ software and learn Mitsubishi Electric’s warranty and product registration process, along with system integration, centralized controls, and proper startup procedures.
Day 3 focuses on advanced system operation, covering electrical and refrigerant circuits in detail, as well as proven diagnostic and troubleshooting techniques. Practical, hands-on exercises are used to reinforce fault identification and repair concepts.

This is the required certification course to sell and install Mitsubishi CITY MULTI commercial products.
