Acknowledgement
Parts claimed under warranty must be factory approved OEM replacements and purchased from CFM Equipment Distributors. Thermostats and coils must be like for like. Claims that do not meet these requirements will be rejected.
All orders must be placed with CFM’s Customer Service team – please contact them for all warranty parts orders.
Equipment replacements must be pre-approved by CFM Tech Support – please contact them for approval.
If required information is not provided, your claim may be subject to cancellation.
Please monitor the email address you provided for updates regarding your claim. If the failed parts are required for return, you will receive an email with instructions. You are also free to drop off warranty parts at any CFM location prior to receiving this email with a copy of the claim form attached for identification.
Return requests that are not fulfilled may subject your claim to cancellation.
